The NetCol5000-C series precision air conditioner is a collection of smart data-center cooling products usually deployed between racks to meet the requirements of medium, large, and high-power-density data centers.
The unit adopts dual power supplies, and the two grids automatically switch to increase power reliability. NetCol5000-C features a dual water-pump design for redundancy to increase drainage reliability, and each fan has an independent switch, allowing online maintenance.
In 2017, Huawei’s in-row smart cooling products had the largest share of the Chinese market, and have been deployed all over the world in sectors such as telecom, government, finance, transportation, energy, medicine, and education.
High-Efficiency Design
The EC fan adopts high-efficiency DC modules for the power supply, improving efficiency up to 94%, and the heat exchange adopts CFD simulation and field synergy to improve heat transfer by 10%. The unit’s total rated power input is only 1 kW.
Dual Power Supplies and Reliable Frames
Dual power supplies are provided, so if the active power supply fails, the standby power supply automatically takes over, which increases reliability.
Online Fan Maintenance for Easy O&M
Each EC fan has an independent switch, so if one fan has faults it can be easily replaced in minutes with no need to switch the power off, which ensures uninterrupted cooling.
